Amir Syire had the best summer ever! He built sandcastles at the beach, but lost one of his toy cars in the sand. He had an all boys sleepover with his best friends, Carter and Jackson. On special Mommy-and-Amir days, they visited his favorite spots—Arcade City, Toy Mania, and Chester's Burger & Fries. Life was great!

But now summer is over, and everything was about to change. School was starting again, and Amir wasn’t ready. Big changes were on the way, and Amir didn’t like big changes; not one bit. Every time he thought about it, he would scrunch up his face, ball up his fists, and stomp his foot.
